Anu Klar joined NewPort Law as an associate in 2011. Prior to joining us, she was with Boyle & Co. working exclusively in the area of litigation. Anu was born and raised in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 2006 from the University of Victoria and Bachelor of Law in 2009 from the University of Leicester. Anu advises clients on family,  corporate/commercial, employment, contract, real estate, wills and estates.

In the course of her practice Anu has successfully represented clients in litigation matters in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, for matters relating to family law and civil litigation. Anu has expertise in assisting her clients in mediation, discovery and trial. 

Away from her office, Anu enjoys tennis and biking.
