Nida Chaudhry advises individuals and corporate clients on corporate/commercial, employment, real estate, wills and estates, immigration, contract, strata, family and property law matters.  Nida has been counsel in complex family law matters, dealing with contentious issues such as obtaining full financial disclosure.  She has experience providing strategic advice regarding employment  related issues, including wrongful dismissal. Nida also practices in the areas of commercial real estate and real estate development.  She has successfully assisted clients in mediations and negotiations.  She is trained in litigation, including cross examination techniques and the preparation of witnesses.  She speaks Urdu and Hindi.  Nida is a current member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
